The eternal temple
As soon as you cross the threshold you will notice that Indonesian speciality restaurant Long Pura has more to offer than just authentic meals and friendly service. Literally translated, Long Pura means The Eternal Temple and therefore you will find elements of spirituality throughout the restaurant. In the foyer is a beautiful miniature temple where incense is burned every day. And in the restaurant are two genuine Balinese temple doors. Every guest immediately feels at home in this spiritual and peaceful environment.

The staff of restaurant Long Pura give you the feeling of eating with an intimate Indonesian family. You are not shown the menu card until you have been given a flower as a token of welcome. And after ordering, you will be offered an appetizer from the house.

It is just a feast for the eyes to watch the staff in their colourful traditional clothes. Our restaurant on the ground-floor is certainly not the right place for a quick snack. The people who dine at Long Pura want to be pampered and to enjoy the delicious food and the gorgeous decor at their leisure. People who are in a hurry can go to the first floor, where our satay bar has been established.

Separate room for parties
The romantic atmosphere not only attracts a lot of loving couples, but also parties who have something to celebrate. Furthermore you can receive your business associates in a pleasant setting. Long Pura has a separate (lockable) room with a fully-equipped bar, where parties of up to 35 people can meet in private.

Not only can we provide a special menu, a performance by Balinese dancing girls or an Indonesian music group can also be arranged. Ideal for anyone wishing to give their partner, business partner, friends or relatives an unforgettable evening.
